It's ironic that this summer I have had several clients' Yahoo accounts broken into and then had spam emails sent from their Yahoo accounts to their list of contacts. Yahoo has been aware of this issue for quite some time yet doesn't seem to be able (or willing) to invest the time to stop it. So while Yahoo won't accept valid email because they wrongly label it spam, they are also responsible for sending out spam because their system has been hacked.
