Loleta Sunset

Picture of the Month - January 2002

While on our way to cut our Christmas tree in Loleta, I saw this flood plain and barn. I thought that it would make a good sunrise picture, so one morning I arose early and waited. The sky which had been totally clear the previous evening was now full of dark threatening clouds. So I gave up. About a week later we finally got another break in the weather just as the sun was going down so I rushed out to Loleta again to take this picture.
