Apple's QuickTime VR™ technology provides the best quality and features for your virtual panoramas and objects. Virtual panoramas provide a 360° view of interiors and exteriors, while virtual objects allow the user to rotate an object so they can view it from all angles. Scalable for the web, QuickTime VR movies can be delivered at different resolutions and compression factors to fit the user's Internet bandwith. User's with 56K modem access can view smaller, higher compressed versions, while users with broadband connections enjoy higher resolution images that feature more detail, so they can zoom into the image. QuickTime VR panoramas allow the user to pan left or right, up or down, as well as zoom in or out. Panoramas can also be linked to other panoramas, or have embedded URL's. For example, clicking on a door in a scene can take you to a panorama of that room, or it can take you to a new web site.
