With spring trying to make its way to the northcoast, I took an afternoon off to go photograph Maria at the beach. We got some nice pictures of her there, but right before sunset the fog rolled in and it got too cold to continue. So we headed back, and on our way over the Wildcat, we came out of the fog to witness the sun setting into a fluffy clouds we just emerged from. We were right at a spot that I’ve always wanted to photograph at, so Maria quickly changed into a sheer dress she brought along, and I posed her right on top of the rock. As is often the case, the best photographs can’t be planned, they just happen.
